- Develop a new hire onboarding and provisioning automation to serve 200+ employees. Eliminating the manual process and guesswork on which permissions to assign an employee.
- Managed CPQ by supporting price books, bundles, products, and product rules.
- Launched DocuSign to obtain customer signatures for order forms. Once it’s signed by both parties, it’s auto attached to the Quote, closes the Opportunity, generates a Contract, and creates the renewal. Giving the organization an efficient process to view signed paperwork and forecast the future.
